As the county’s only public cemetery and the only organization offering cemetery, funeral, and cremation services under one umbrella, Forest Meadows offers a unique opportunity for professional growth. Owners are actively investing in new products, facilities, and pricing strategies, creating strong momentum and significant earning potential for the sales team. We are also implementing new software designed to improve lead generation, streamline daily workflows, and increase overall efficiency, allowing sales professionals to focus more time on families and close more opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with families, explaining burial, cremation, and memorial options, completing arrangements and contracts, maintaining accurate records, participating in community outreach, and working closely with cemetery and funeral home staff to ensure a seamless experience for the families we serve. This role is well suited for motivated professionals seeking long-term career growth in a stable, expanding organization, and temporary housing is available to assist with relocation needs Qualifications Proven sales abilities, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to present products and services effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and compassionately interact with clients and team members. Organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic proficiency with other software tools. Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to maintaining professionalism and respect in a service-oriented environment. Previous experience in sales, especially in the funeral services industry, is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields will be considered an asset.
