ITI Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Integration Sales Engineer to join our team, leveraging expertise in aerospace and defense to promote and facilitate the integration of complex systems for our clients. Develop a comprehensive understanding of ITI Engineering solutions to effectively integrate technologies that meet client needs. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose solutions that integrate seamlessly into client infrastructures while optimizing their operational effectiveness. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and final implementation guidance. Provide detailed technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders, clearly communicating the benefits and features of our systems. Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients to ensure that all technical queries are addressed promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Keep abreast of developments in aerospace and defense technologies to ensure competitive edge and innovative integration solutions. Participate in industry conferences, shows, and seminars to promote company products and build professional networks. Strong understanding of engineering principles and systems integration within aerospace and defense industries. Proficient in technical sales methodologies, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship-building. Experienced in negotiating contracts and understanding customer needs and market dynamics. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Certifications such as Certified Sales Engineer (CSE) or similar are highly preferable. Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar accreditation in a related engineering discipline can be an advantage.
