National Property Management Associates Inc. owns multiple properties in the Deland area that have a great opportunity for a maintenance technician(s) to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our residential apartment communities. We are looking for thorough professionals with a practical mind, attention to detail and a strong skill set in a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

Compensation package includes 50% discount for onsite apartment.

Skills:

HVAC & EPA Universal certifications
Proven experience as maintenance technician that can troubleshoot & diagnose
Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drying walling, painting, carpentry, unit turns etc.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength
High school diploma or equivalent
Superb customer service
