General Manager
Southern HVAC is seeking a General Manager with a proven career in the HVAC Service and/or Construction industry to build a high performing home service (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical) team located in Central FL. We are seeking exceptional results-driven leaders to help fuel expansion, additional growth and new locations.
Southern HVAC is a leading provider of HVAC, Electric and Plumbing Services across multiple states. You will have the exciting opportunity to build a solid team by achieving operational execution, providing service excellence to customers and delivering revenue profitability!
As the General Manager, your essential responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead employee teams to provide customers with best in class service.
Adhere to company safety guidelines and ensure employees follow safety practices.
High energy and passion with record of achieving organizational objectives and profit margins Create programs and incentives to drive sales and outstanding results.
Attract, train, develop and keep talent to grow business and create a great place to work.
Analyze financial statements and profit and loss statements for both the center and individual departments and take decisive action to meet and exceed goals.
Identify levers of profitability and adjust strategy to maximize performance.
Apply appropriate accounting control principles (for A/R, A/P, labor utilization and expense controls).
Plan/set/achieve sales goals; utilize multiple processes for generating and responding to sales leads to include developing and coaching sales team.

Education and Experience Requirements:
BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or equivalent operations experience.
3+ Years proven experience in HVAC or similar industries with outstanding results.
3+ Years proven experience in leading a location to achieve sales results and achieve consistent growth.
Minimum one (5) year experience with Microsoft Suite/Office (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook)
Valid FL Driver's License.
Required Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to utilize computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing and Customer Relationship Management software).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of leadership principles, practices, and techniques.
