We are looking for a Head of Digital to join us!
Summary: - The Head of Digital is responsible for driving and managing their Divisional Digital strategy of "digitally powered customer experience" by orchestrating the strategic pillars: customer experience, connected data and digital innovation. The role is fundamental in activating discussion, challenging the status quo, and driving transformation. They are responsible for the scoping, design, and execution of local initiatives. They are the liaison -between their Division and the Global Digital Team and an active member of a wider Digital Leadership community that acts to align expertise, skillsets, relevant cross-group initiatives, goals, targets, and communication.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties:


  • Point of contact between Division and Global Digital Team on day-to-day basis.
  • Utilize, cascade, align with strategic Group roadmap, terminology, methodologies, expertise, tools.
  • Initiate, drive and report on the implementation of local Digital initiatives.
  • Adopt, manage, and report on Global defined KPIs.
  • Support local internal communication and Digital group communications.
  • An active member of Kingspan-wide Digital Community.

    Digital Organization

    • Driving digital opportunities that improve experiences and enhance customer loyalty.
    • Understand Divisional and local business structures, routes to market, customer segmentation and customer drivers.
    • Define and implement a data driven strategy utilizing the insights derived from the CX Program, CRM, data analytics, data science + market trends.
    • Understand the end-to-end customer journey and use insights to help inform and guide priorities for Digitalization: Identify opportunities where Digital can improve current, and create new experiences based on customer and market needs considering brand position and desire.
    • Adopt, monitor, and report Digital KPIs on a monthly basis. -

      Digital Alignment

      • Aligning and initiating tactical program that aligns to Divisional and Global strategy.
      • Work closely with the Global Digital Team and manage the local scoping and implementation of strategic initiatives for example PIM, BIM, CX, Digital Tools and e-commerce.
      • Define timings of key milestones and communicate to all relevant stakeholders ensuring commitments are met.
      • Work across functions (e.g.IT/marketing/sales) and brief requirements to co-ordinate, align and enable digitalization, integration, and better ways of working to accelerate efficiency and success.
      • Work closely with local CX colleagues to recognize trends, customer needs and to ensure alignment between Digital and CX Programs.
      • Harmonize customer, product, project and market data for new business intelligence and improved experiences. -

        Digital Implementation

        • Driving an ambitious implementation roadmap for operational excellence.
        • Coordinating & monitoring a portfolio of Digital initiatives per BU, cross-BU, Division and Group.
        • Reporting on Divisional and Group level Digital initiatives locally and at Group board level.
        • Initiating and managing Digital Roadmap for the Division and across BU.
        • Chairing and participating in Digital Forums and Improvement Teams where relevant.

          Qualifications
          Qualifications/Experience:

          • Proven experience with Digital Strategy- Customer Success. Connected Data and Digital Innovation.
          • Ability to have clear strategic and tactical steering across Businesses and Regions.
          • Solid commercial, customer, and business understanding.
          • Excellent communicator with influence and impact skills.
          • Experience in leading successful teams that work effectively cross functionally preferred.
          • Proven track record of successfully building scalable business operations and delivering key business results and ability to reduce risk.
          • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to and succeed in complex whitespace.
          • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to drive projects from beginning to end.
          • Can align Divisional interests with Group.
          • Ability to utilize data and metrics to communicate strategy to internal stakeholders and external clients.
          • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.
          • Inquisitive by nature with a willingness to experiment.
          • Travel required.
          • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in science, technology, engineering, commerce, business, or a related field; MBA from a top university preferred.
