Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We have an immediate need for a Transaction Coordinator / Office Assistant for a busy real estate office. If you previously had a real estate license or currently have a real estate license and love to work in an administrative role you are encouraged to apply. We are looking for a long-term-minded professional with a record of solid job history and performance. We offer benefits on top of a competitive salary above industry standards.

Some tasks required for this position include:
--- TYPE 50+ WPM in a MAC environment with the trackpad
--- Manage the real estate process from contract to close
--- Coordinate repairs with agents and home buyers/sellers
--- Manager CRM and Transaction Management Systems
--- Manage communication with home buyers, home sellers, and agents
--- Coordinate with contractors, insurance vendors, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
--- Manage all administrative functions and needs of a busy real estate office
--- Interface with all staff and agents and provide assistance as needed

--- A.A./A.S. or Bachelors Degree Preferred
--- Prior Real Estate or Title experience required
--- Must be a detail-oriented person that is goal minded and self motivated
--- Must be comfortable with all Microsoft Products on a MAC environment
--- Must fully understand the entire real estate process from contract to close
--- Career-focused who will continually go above and beyond to help clients, staff, and agents
--- Must be comfortable with deadlines and documentation
--- Must be good at multi-tasking
--- Must have a positive attitude of excellence that is conveyed to clients
--- Strong spelling and grammatical skills are a must
