Research, design, and implement AI algorithms tailored to aerospace and defense applications Lead cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of software development from concept to deployment Present research findings and system improvements to senior management and at industry conferences Collaborate with stakeholders to determine system requirements and integrate AI technologies Maintain and enhance the performance of existing AI systems Ensure compliance with industry safety and privacy protocols Proficient in Python, C++, and MATLAB Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, and computer vision Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries Ability to process large datasets and perform complex mathematical calculations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license desirable Certification in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized professional body
