Tracking Code 467-280 Job Description The Linux Systems Administrator III is responsible to provide support for the existing server infrastructure: virtual machines, VMWare environment, hypervisor hosts, applications, and physical servers, as well as the design and implementation of new servers and security technologies. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Research and Analysis - Research and investigate problems, diagnose and provide resolution or viable solutions for hardware and software issues; appropriately escalating and reporting recommendations clearly and effectively to management and team. Analyze problems and apply best practices to Linux platforms to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security
• System Security - Provide system security by configuring servers and applications, and mitigating vulnerabilities
• Resiliency - Improve fault tolerance throughout the infrastructure to prevent downtime
