to save lives.The HR Business Partner consults and supports in the
areas of Human Resources practices, processes and objectives to
drive associate-oriented high-performance and engaged cultures.
This role partners with FTAP's (Fluid Technology & Asset
Protection) Global Marketing and Product Management/Process
Engineering teams to create a workforce that is empowered,
informed, quality-focused, productive, and goal-focused. The number
of Associates in this organization is inclusive of approximately
110 individuals including leadership. Key Responsibilities: +
Functions as a business partner with business, function leaders and
Global HR Strategic Business Partners to support critical business
and organizational strategies. Will run end to end HR processes for
a variety of programs.+ Supports talent management programs and
processes including Performance Development Plans (P4G),
Performance Improvement Plans& Associate Development plans (D4G)
leadership development, acquisition of early talent and diversity
and inclusion.+ Works with the business and function leadership to
develop workforce plans and organizational structures.+ Supports
the recruitment and hiring of a superior workforce through
collaboration with Recruiting and hiring managers on innovative
sourcing strategies.+ Collaborates with leaders and managers to
build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate
organizational performance and enable successful organizational
change.+ Coaches and trains managers in their communication,
feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the
employees who report to them.+ Works with Talent Management to
support site wide Human Resources training programs and provides
necessary education and materials to managers and Associates.+
Participates to explore opportunities to optimize activities
utilizing continuous improvement processes and acts as a change
leader for improvements.+ Ensures company policies are communicated
clearly and administered in compliance with all labor laws and
reporting requirements. Supports company compliance with all
existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting
requirements. ( EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA etc )+ Sustains equitable
compensation administering pay, benefits, incentive, and bonus
programs. Provides guidance to department managers and supervisors
in resolving employee relations issues as it pertains to
progressive disciplinary action Education and/or Experience +
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or
related discipline.+ Five to seven years of professional HR
experience supporting large ( $MM) corporate entities (
manufacturing or Life Sciences is preferred ) with proven
experience providing business leaders and associates with end to
end HR programs to include engagement, leadership development,
diversity, organizational development , succession planning and
coaching.+ Broad understanding of the technical and functional
components of human resources, including: talent acquisition,
talent management, organizational design, leadership development,
compensation; compliance; employee communications; training and
development and employee relations.+ Knowledge of employment laws
and relevant institutions, including EEOC, ADEA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA
and FLSA.+ Technical proficiency in HR processes and foundation in
Danaher Business Systems ( DBS ) or LEAN / Six Sigma process
improvement methodologies.+ Must have strong financial awareness
and cost control as well as industry knowledge with Exempt and
Non-Exempt workforces.+ Must be a self starter with ability to
navigate and adapt quickly to business changes that can be global
or regionally based.+ Commitment to creating inclusive and diverse
environments.+ Independent, self-starter - able to set agenda and
drive progress with little direction.+ Ability to work remote with
