Highlights of what we expect from you Be the leader of the team who
sets the tone of the work environment and the level of customer
hospitality Oversee profit and loss management, including cash
control/security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor
management Recruit, hire, and develop team members and shift leads,
conduct new hire orientations, and create training plans for each
new hire Maintain a friendly attitude and strong customer service
skills Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and
prioritize Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment
while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are followed
Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks

Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled,

system accurately, including recording all hours worked Provide
ongoing constructive and positive feedback to team members Actively
participate in the training and development of team members Fully

diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred
Basic business math and accounting skills Strong analytical and
decision-making skills Experience: Relevant supervisory experience
in food service or retail environments Experience with profit and
loss responsibility preferred Requirements: Must be at least 18
years old Must pass background check and drug test Valid driver’s
license and access to a vehicle Able to stock shelves and coolers
Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide
direction Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and
carry trash containers, and place them in outdoor bins Able to
clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant Able
to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during up to 90% of
