SLA Management is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team and contribute to our values. The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison for SLA Management. Various administrative duties are expected. Other duties may be requested as needed. Role and Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between clients and SLA Management. Various administrative duties are expected. Other duties may be requested as needed Resolves customer complaints via phone, e-mail, mail or social media Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Manages large amounts of incoming calls Uses telephones to reach out to clients and customers Takes information and other pertinent information by using the right methods/tools Works with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Knowledge of operating general office equipment such as a computer, scanner, phone system and copier Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Assists with refunds and reporting Utilizes computer technology to handle high call volumes Filing and retrieving records, documents, reports, etc. Able to multi-task, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize, problem solve, organize, and complete work in a timely and accurate manner Regular use of various software programs Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in a general office setting with customer service and administrative experience Excellent people skills - a positive attitude and an outgoing personality is essential Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers Must be detailed oriented and a self-starter Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Bilingual preferred, but not required
