Job Description:
Encompass Health, a leading provider in healthcare and medical
services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational
Therapist to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to provide

facility-based and home-based patient care through our network of
inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. As an Occupational Therapist at
Encompass Health, you will assess and evaluate patients' physical
and functional capacities, establishing therapy goals and
customized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and
balance. You will administer therapeutic exercises and
interventions within an inpatient rehabilitation setting and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient
outcomes. A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required,
along with a current state license and CPR Certification.
Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in inpatient rehab,

families on therapeutic processes, home exercises, and adaptive
equipment usage. Document patient progress and treatment plans
