Located in our state-of-the-art facilities, you will play a crucial role in the management and development of respiratory therapy services, supporting both patients and staff to achieve optimal health outcomes. Oversee daily operations of the respiratory therapy department. Supervise and mentor respiratory therapists and support staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with medical laws and regulations. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and efficacy. Manage departmental budgets and resources. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Stay updated with advancements in respiratory care technology and practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare databases and patient monitoring systems Knowledge of respiratory care procedures and best practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active state license as a respiratory care practitioner BLS/ACLS certified
