Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team dedicated to providing comprehensive in-home therapy services. You'll utilize your specialized knowledge and skills to help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. Conduct patient assessments and evaluate their conditions, needs, and goals. Develop treatment plans that include appropriate activities geared towards functional improvement. Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques to aid recovery and enhance quality of life. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, outcomes, and progress reports. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Proficiency in patient evaluation and implementation of therapy programs. Strong understanding of occupational therapy best practices and tools. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to encourage and empower patients. Capable of handling complex situations and making informed therapeutic decisions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of employment. CPR certification preferred.
