Develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy sessions and
parent/caregiver training Supervise and support RBTs (scope
adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA) Monitor progress through data review
and plan updates Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
What Were Looking For BCBA: Masters degree active BACB
certification BCaBA: Bachelors degree active BACB certification
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong
communication and organization skills Reliable transportation A
