Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and use medical equipment to support patient health. Educate patients and families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Advocate for patients’ health and well-being within the hospital. Strong clinical skills in a high-intensity healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of medical software and patient care technology. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain. BLS certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
