Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week Shift: Mid-shift, 11:00 am -
11:00 pm (with weekend rotation) Primary Job Responsibilities:
Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct
appraisals, and implement improvement plans to ensure clinical and
professional standards are met. Foster professional growth by
identifying training needs, organizing educational programs, and
mentoring staff to enhance their skills and career progression.
Resolve conflicts among staff promptly and effectively using
mediation techniques to maintain a positive work environment and
ensure team cohesion. Lead quality improvement initiatives by
analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing
strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
