Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring,
coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education,
competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource
management to achieve quality performance and positive employee
relations. Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the
team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share
concerns, and contribute meaningfully. Promotes evidence-based
practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of
safety, compassion, and continuous learning. Provides ongoing
education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's of Nursing (Required),
Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) -
RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR
Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric
Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality
Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay
