Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Brandon, FL Employer: Curative Pay: $260,000 to $430,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care in Tampa Bay, Florida Join a senior-focused primary care group in Tampa Bay that has grown steadily since the early 1990s and continues to expand across the region. This role is designed for physicians who value time with patients, a well-supported clinic environment, and the option to step into leadership as the group grows. Practice Details Family-run, managed care model focused on senior patients Five clinic locations across the Tampa Bay area Panel capped at 500 patients, averaging about 12 visits per full day Longer visits, typically 30-45 minutes, to allow thorough, relationship-based care Strong support from MAs, health coaches, and care coordination staff Dedicated coders handle pre-charting and post-visit documentation support Schedule Monday-Friday clinic hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patients are scheduled primarily between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Built-in time for urgent patient needs and administrative work No evenings or weekends Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with a qualitative performance bonus Additional clinic performance bonus beginning in year three Total compensation approaches $300k early, with potential to exceed $430k including bonuses Financial model rewards quality, patient outcomes, and clinic performance Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Interest in senior-focused primary care Comfortable working in a value-based, team-oriented model Open to future leadership opportunities as the group expands Apply today to explore whether this patient-centered model is the right long-term fit for you and your career.
