Job Description:
Join Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in customized
rehabilitation therapy services, as a Traveling Physical Therapist
Assistant. This position allows you to bring personalized physical
therapy to patients across multiple healthcare facilities,
implementing care plans designed in conjunction with our team of
expert therapists. You will work under the supervision of a
Physical Therapist to facilitate the recovery and improved mobility
of patients while adhering to the highest standards of care.
Implement physical therapy treatment plans created by the Physical
Therapist. Assist patients in performing activities and using
devices and equipment. Monitor patients' progress and adapt
treatments as necessary. Maintain patient records and document
treatment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Travel to multiple healthcare
facilities to provide consistent patient care. Ability to implement
therapeutic plans effectively. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and tools. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed or
Certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant (must be valid in the
work state). CPR certification is preferred.
