Marion Hospital?, Ocala, FL Salary Range: $32.00 - $40.00 (10 years
of experience) - $48.00 (17 years of experience) Shift
Differentials: Nights $4.25 Weekend Shift Diff: Weekend is Fri
11p-Sun 11p with a $3.00 diff (Must work 4 or more productive hours
during that defined time frame). Sign On: $15K for days and $10K
for nights Relocation Assistance: Case by Case What qualifications
you will need: - 1 year of Recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED acute
care experience Required - Florida RN license and/or approved
multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60
days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. - Registered
Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE: -
Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages - Identify expected
outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to
attain expected outcomes. - Manage multiple cases simultaneously
providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually -
You will provide follow up care instructions to patients and make
necessary referrals - You must coordinate functions with physicians
and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused
