preferred NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of
employment start Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor
must be obtained within 30 days of start American Heart Association
ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment
start date PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must
be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Days (Rotating
