LocationLeesburg, Summerfield, The Villages & Mount Dora Florida, United StatesNeed 1 RN with endocrinology experience & 1 RN experience with infusion centersJOB DUTIES: Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information. Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests. Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Administering non-intravenous medications. Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with the healthcare teammembers. Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses. Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patientscharts Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizingsurfaces, preparing beds, etc.) Provide instant medical care in emergencies Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.?JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation and/or ExperienceBachelors degreeValid Nursing LicenseTitle: Registered Nurse Date: 9-18-2020Immediate Supervisor: Office Manager Revision: 10-11-2021Department: Full Time/Part Time: FullJob Grade: FLSA: Hourly ExemptPay Rate: Approved:?Required Knowledge - Skills and Abilities Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
