3000 Davita Way,Deland,Florida,32724-2039,United States of AmericaThe typical shift for the CSII is Tuesday-Friday (either every Saturday or every other Saturday) 2:00pm - 12:30am or 4:00pm-12:30 am (depending on if they alternate Saturdays or work every Saturday).The Support II, Clinical (Lab) resolves problem specimens and/or requisitions in a timely manner to ensure specimen integrity of samples prior to laboratory analysis and testing. Communicate effectively with multiple lanes and resolves concerns. Prepares send-out samples for reference Laboratory. Required to assist with Support I, Clinical (Lab) tasks such as: unpacking, receiving and other duties designated by Supervisor or Manager. This position reports to the Manager/Supervisor, Laboratory (Lab).Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs Clinical Support I duties
• Performs Problem solving duties such as: duplicate specimens, specimens with no requisitions, incorrect specimens received, mislabeled specimens, and other identified problems. Responsible for creating, addressing, and resolving ServiceNow tickets.
• IOM2 and centrifuge coagulations
• Performs send-out duties according to the policies
• Resolve IATA Tickets
