Provides Occupational Therapy services to customers and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with department procedures.
Conducts screening of customers at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
Evaluates customers to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts evaluations as indicated.Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- A current Florida therapy license.
- Successful completion of the National Certification Exam for Registered Occupational Therapists.
- Previous Occupational Therapy experience in LTC/SNF required.
