Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provides professional care to clients under the supervision of the
Director of Nursing
Assists with the admittance or discharge of clients at the
supervisor's request
Assists in maintaining the general cleanliness of the medical
room
Performs and documents vital signs as requested by the nurse
Performs duties such as filing confidential medical documents and
various secretarial duties as necessary
Reports any observations and/or concerns
Accomplishes tasks in accordance with the policies and regulations
of local, State, and Federal authorities as well as accepted
standards of practice
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Participate in process/quality improvement activities of the
company
Keep required training's current
Perform other job related duties as requested
