The Assistant Nurse Manager of Oncology will report and work
closely with the Department Nursing Manager. The night Assistant
Nurse Manager of Oncology will help to lead an amazingly talented
team.
The Assistant Nurse Manager will help this growing hospital system
set and change policies to constantly improve the quality of care
to each and every patient. Some of the projects the Assistant Nurse
Manager of Oncology will play a vital role in will include, raising
the Departments HCAHPS scores and leading the departments team of
nursing staff to become more evidence based practices. This
