JOB SUMMARY: This is a highly responsible position that provides coordination between the Access Center and the Inpatient Services programs. This position works with the Director of Acute Care Services, Hotline Counselors, Evaluators, Recovery Specialists, Activities team and the RM/QI Director in developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational policies, practices and procedures for the programs listed. This position performs quality reviews, facilitates Treatment Team and ensures all court work is accurate and submitted timely.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification with or without an accommodation. Uses sound judgment in meeting the responsibilities and performing the duties of the position.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or 4 (four) years of experience, with at least 2 (two) years of that experience in mental health.Driving Requirements:Must be Over the age of 21 requiredMinimum of 5-years driving experience requiredPossess a Valid FL Driver's license (within 30 days of hire if currently do not possess)Possess a continuously valid US Driver's license for the past three years, from date of issue requiredSafe Driving record requiredTRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Completes all requirements according to Individual Training Plan within the first six months of hire and annually. Other training and/or professional development may be assigned due to evolution of programs.
