Our company, Great Ocean Condos and Homes, is the largest vacation rental management company with over 300 properties in the New Smyrna Beach area. We are looking for a full time Assistant Property Manager to join our team and help manage a portfolio of rental homes. We take great pride in assisting guests from all over the world with the perfect beach vacation rental. With this in mind, we are actively seeking a team member who will give our homeowners' properties the best care and attention to detail. Successful candidates are detail-oriented problem-solvers who enjoy cleaning, solving problems and are eager to ensure our vacation rentals are 100% well-kept and guest ready.

Hourly wage plus set daily rate for gas compensation. Paid training and cleaning supplies provided.

This position has the potential to include the following:

- Responding to owner and guest concerns regarding their stay

- Inspecting properties to ensure that they are spotless and ready for guest arrival

- Providing full and thorough reports of property conditions

- Cleaning any areas, the cleaners missed. Organizing property closets and drawers so they are tidy and usable for guests

- Ability to troubleshoot owner and guest concerns, create plan to ensure a solution

- Ability to set up work orders, assigning vendors and ensuring completion

- Ability to understand, operate, and navigate multiple software systems

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Communicate with team members and support a positive work environment

Requirements

- Work up to 40 hours per week, overtime is available depending on business needs

- Flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends

- Ability to stand during entire shift

- Ability to walk up and down stairs

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation

- Must be willing to travel within the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Shores area

- Must be proficient on Microsoft Office

- At least 2 years of experience in the property management, hotel, or hospitality industry is required
