Job Description Job Description Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Orlando, FL 32837 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM Pay: $27–$29 per hour About the Role Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves performing both preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on machinery to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to equipment breakdowns. Troubleshoot and repair machinery involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gears . Work with 480-volt electrical systems safely and effectively. PLC experience is a plus . Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs in an industrial setting. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Qualifications 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with 480-volt electrical systems is required . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must provide own hand tools. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to use a computer for documentation and communication. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. Additional Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable communicating in person and over the phone. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
