ABOUT THE ROLE: The mechanic's role is to support the facility by
performing repairs, preventative tasks, and effective mechanical
troubleshooting and creating or welding as needed.
LOCATION: Zellwood, FL 160MFL
RATE OF PAY: Different rates depending on skill level and role.

SCHEDULE: Rotating schedule based on operational needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Perform all assigned tasks and demonstrate working knowledge in
general maintenance practices such as:
general mechanical abilities,
welding and fabrication,
electrical troubleshooting and general HVAC. Willing to work with
the right candidate to train in some of these areas.
Must perform work with no direct supervision and as assigned.
Perform tasks safely.
Perform all requirements of sanitation HACCP and GMP standards,
including hairnet, beard net, and personal hygiene policies.
Candidates will be scheduled for an interview.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Previous appropriate experience is required!
