ABOUT THE ROLE: The mechanic's role is to support the facility by performing repairs, preventative tasks, and effective mechanical troubleshooting and creating or welding as needed.

• LOCATION: Zellwood, FL 160MFL

      • Perform all assigned tasks and demonstrate working knowledge in general maintenance practices such as:
        • general mechanical abilities,
        • welding and fabrication,
        • electrical troubleshooting and general HVAC. Willing to work with the right candidate to train in some of these areas.
        • Must perform work with no direct supervision and as assigned.
        • Perform tasks safely.
        • Perform all requirements of sanitation HACCP and GMP standards, including hairnet, beard net, and personal hygiene policies.
