Job Description Job Responsibilities: To include: -Promptly
handling daily calls from Dealer Development Manager---s, Dealers,
Consumers and Associates regarding technical and service issues
relating to all products, in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibility includes being available by phone and email on an
instantaneous basis during the work day and in a manner
satisfactory to our Dealers. Also, responsible for creating and
keeping a detailed tracking log of all calls, emails, etc. relevant
to the proper response and resolution of all technical and service
issues. -Conducting a multi-tiered Technical and Service Training
agenda, to be administered at a Dealers location or at Regional
Dealer meetings, based on the individual needs and desires of the
Dealers. Work closely with the DDM---s to schedule and conduct
these training sessions in a professional and timely manner.
-Support the development of appropriate and timely Technical and
Service Training communications, i.e. Tech Tips and Troubleshooting
Guides, to be placed on our website for Dealer training and support
purposes. -Supporting the review, resolution, response and
reporting of all Warranty issues relating to Dealer-submitted
warranty claims. To include development of standards for warranty
acceptance or denial, and the proper communication flow through the
organization to the Dealer to promptly and effectively respond to
all warranty related topics. -Staying current on all new and
existing products, to include supporting the development of new
features, product enhancements and added value / cost saving
product development initiatives. -Working closely with the
Operations team to help identify and implement improved processes
and procedures in the Operations and Assembly functions, to include
improved work-flow, build times and optimizing labor investments to
create the most efficient means to deliver a high- quality product
to our customers. Base Salary: An annual base salary of $ (40-45k
currently) with a performance-based incentive compensation package
as defined below, all subject to deductions for taxes and other
withholdings as required by law. Salary to be paid bi-weekly.
Performance-based Incentive Plan : Performance-based incentives
structured as follows, with 6-month review to adjust accordingly:
-Dealer Service/Technical Training. Develop and conduct a thorough
Service/Technical Certification training program to be held at the
Dealers location, in conjunction with the DDM. To include
registering dealer technicians for the on-line tech training
program. Quarterly bonus of $100 per approved training session
conducted at a Dealers location, to include a minimum of one
technician per dealer passing the Level 1 and 2 certification
requirements, upon verifiable completion. An additional $50 for
each additional technician who passes Level 1 and 2 certification.
Limited to 1 bonus per dealer per year unless previously approved.
