JOB DESCRIPTION The Customer Service Representative interfaces
with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This
position provides customer service support and resolution of
routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or

WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative , you
will: Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve
technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Ensure the
appropriateness of social media content. Deliver expert customer
experiences…with a smile. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills,
integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and
success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for
our Customer Service Representative role include: Must have a high
school diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience
required Preferred experience with financial support including
knowledge of different card types (prepaid, debit & credit)
Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by
asking probing questions Demonstrate experience & ability to
utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for

salary range for this position is $17.00 - $19.96/hr., plus
incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications,
skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available
