Job Description:

solutions and service. As a Claims Service Specialist, you will be
at the front lines of our mission, handling the essential task of
managing and processing auto insurance claims efficiently and
effectively. In this role, you will interact directly with
policyholders, providing compassionate service and helping to
resolve claims issues while upholding the standards of one of the
nations most recognized auto insurance providers. Assist
policyholders through the initial report of claims and guide them
through the claims process. Document claims interactions, gather
relevant claim information, and ensure precise data entry into our
claims database. Work collaboratively with other specialists and
departments to ensure a seamless claim resolution process.
Communicate effectively with policyholders, adjusters, and other
stakeholders to update the status and details of claims. Provide
empathetic customer support and troubleshoot any arising issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Engage in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and
policy updates. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in
using insurance software and databases Strong problem-solving
skills Ability to work well under pressure Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Insurance-related
certifications like Certified Insurance Service Representative
(CISR) or similar are advantageous but not mandatory
