Job Description:

Technical Writer II needs Associate degree or equivalent experience Technical Writer II requires: 1 yr.Demonstrates basic knowledge of the principles, concept, and theories of own discipline. Documentation Publication Technical Writer II duties: Development documentation for customer and packaged applications using a variety of mediums. Assist in the creation, delivery, and development of training programs for all levels of end-users and IT professionals. Design training programs, classes, workshops, computer-based training (CBT), and online help. Collect and analyze software process evaluations and improvements, integrate into the applicable business processes, and create the appropriate documentation/training that addresses the needs of the business. Deliver quality process training documentation to technical staff and perform as an internal consultant to advise or influence business and technical partners. Assist in planning, case writing, automation, and execution documents. Work closely with IT and the business to understand the system and training requirements for supported applications and packages. Deliver training to a variety of audiences, as well as understand and apply adult learning principles.
