Job Description Job Description TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Bank Teller position with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in Winter Park! Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members. Experience - 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking is preferred but not required - Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email - Good communication skills - de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening Responsibilities - Greet members and direct flow of traffic - Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services - Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly - Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration - Perform platform banking functions - Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services Hours: Must be available Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm If interested, please apply here with your updated resume! eastpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
