Job Description: -

The Specialist I, General Accounting will provide accounting support to financial accounting, including, accounts payable, and entry-level general ledger accounting, financial reporting and account reconciliation.
This position reports to the Manager, General Accounting (Lab).
Vendor statement review and research; perform high volume invoice entry in accordance with established accounting control procedures; weekly check processing
Perform research and issue resolution of problem invoices
Participate in special projects and other accounting functions as required by the manager
Other duties as assigned.
